Stephen Hirst

"Stephen has been performing professionally for over twenty years in theatre and film.

He has extensive training in improvisation and physical theatre.

Based in Brisbane, Stephen can be seen treading the boards in musicals, plays and a variety of newly developed works.

He is also the face of constipation relief in Australia for the brand, Coloxyl.

Stephen has always been passionate about mental health and wellbeing and he is thrilled to join the Mind Blank team to promote safe practice methods, through the arts."
